BLACKBERRY DESSERT
Ingredients
- 500 g Canoa blackberry pulp
- 320 g condensed milk
- 400 g milk cream
- 300 ml Milk
- 15 g unflavored Gelatin
- 300 ml Water
Preparation
- Dilute the unflavored Gelatin in the water, heat it and let it rest.
- In a blender mix the other ingredients (pulp, condensed milk, cream and milk).
- Add the unflavored gelatin and mix again.
- Serve in molds and refrigerate.
