Orange Cake


  • 3 eggs
  • 200g (1 cup) of sugar
  • 200g (1 cup) of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 200g (7oz.) of Canoa's Orange fruit pulp


Separate the yolks from the whites and beat each one separately. Add the sugar to the beaten yolks, when well mixed add the flour, baking powder, orange pulp and olive oil and stir well. Finally add the whipped egg white. Grease the molds, pour in the preparation and bake at a moderate temperature for approximately 30 minutes. Let it cool down and decorate it with grated chocolate and dip the base in melted chocolate.
