Strawberry Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 230g (8.1oz.) of Canoa's Strawberry fruit pulp
  • 1 packet of powdered gelatine
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 1 cup of water
  • oatmeal cookies of your choice

Preparation:

Heat the water, when it boils add the gelatine. Stir well and add some cold water, leave it to rest for about 1 hour. Then beat the mixture in order to add volume. In the blender, mix the pulp with the yogurt and add the gelatin. Crush the cookies and pour them at the bottom of small containers, pour the mixture over them and take the containers to the refrigerator. You can decorate with whipped cream and some more grated oatmeal cookies.
