Guava Coulis
Ingredients:
- 250g (8.81oz.) of Canoa's Guava fruit pulp
- 200g (1 cup) of sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 100 ml (1 cup) of water
Preparation:
Add the pulp, water and sugar into a pot. Cook over medium heat until the sugar melts. Then add the cinnamon powder and cook over a low heat for 20 minutes, until thick. Finally, let it rest for a few minutes and wait until the guava candy reaches room temperature.
